At Tier 2, our engineers attach live monitoring equipment directly to your spraybooth. Over time, this records actual energy consumption rather than estimates, giving us a genuinely accurate picture of how your booth is operating day to day.
From that data we can calculate exactly what your booth is costing to run, identify extended cycle times and inefficiencies you may not have been aware of, and project what specific improvements would save you, with approximate return on investment figures based on your actual operation.
