Double-skin steel, built to last.
In-house designed double-'skin' insulated panels, galvanised or white polyester-coated steel, retain heat and cut energy loss, with laminated safety glass fitted as standard. Chest-mounted plant keeps the footprint tight and maximises usable workshop space.
1200 LUX LED, edge to edge.
High & low-level 1200 LUX LED lighting delivers even, true-colour illumination across the whole vehicle, so your painters see exactly what they're doing, and energy draw stays low.
Airflow and heat, precisely controlled.
Direct gas/LPG-fired heating and a powerful duplex centrifugal fan mean efficient, predictable extraction and cure, the engineering that makes the Aero Commercial both productive and frugal.
Pit, skirt or rear chest.
Choose pit extraction, side-'skirt' chest extraction or rear chest extraction to suit your bay, each pulling overspray cleanly away from the vehicle, with floor or roof-mounted input plant and low noise output.
Direct-fired, efficiently managed.
Direct gas/LPG-fired heating paired with an energy-efficient control system holds temperature where it needs to be, while options for split operation and external installation let the booth fit the way you work.
