Spray Booth Servicing
Routine servicing ensures your spray booth continues performing safely and efficiently. Our engineers carry out full system checks, clean and inspect components, verify airflow and pressure, change filters and make adjustments where needed.
Complete Care Package
We offer both tests as stand-alone visits or as part of an ongoing compliance package, giving you the choice to stay fully covered without the administrative burden. Packages include reminders before each test is due, full reports, and certificates for your records.
Breathing Air Tests
Your air-fed breathing apparatus must be tested every 3 months to confirm the air is safe to breathe and free from oil, water, and contaminants. Our engineers carry out full breathing air assessments to meet HSE guidance, providing certified results and documentation for your records.
LEV Safety & Clearance Testing
To remain compliant, your spray booth must undergo a full LEV Thorough Examination & Test at least every 14 months. Assessing extraction performance, verify negative pressure, and confirm safe re-entry times. keeping you inspection-ready and HSE compliant.
